Celebrate the last night of the year in style at Sailmaker, perfectly situated by the harbour just moments from Darling Harbour’s iconic fireworks. Enjoy a festive atmosphere filled with delicious food. From 7pm, enjoy the fun with our photobooth and DJ setting the vibe for the night.

Early Seating

Ease into the evening with a set entrée on arrival, then graze freely from a generous tapas table featuring chilled prawns and freshly shucked oysters.
For mains, choose from a selection of live cooking stations offering global flavours, and end the night with indulgent desserts or our local and imported cheese display — or both.

Drinks available à la carte, or add a 2-hour premium beverage package (sparkling, wine, beer and soft drinks) for $54 per person.

Welcome 2025 in true Sydney style with a set entrée followed by an elegant Japanese sushi station and a plentiful tapas table featuring poached prawns, oysters, antipasti, salads and charcuterie.
Then explore a world of flavours at the Asian chef station, Italian manned buffet, and carving station before finishing the night at the dessert table or cheese counter.

This seating includes a 2-hour premium beverage package.
